One of the best family hotels in HK the rooms are good the area is free from traffic and crowd. The food is awesome the staffs are awesome and very helpful. They have free shuttle to IFC centre on weekdays both drop and pickup (check schedule and timings). And overall, very satisfactory stay for our family. The is a supermarket one minute away for all your grocery needs (Fusion) Bus stop just a few steps away to go to MTR station the last station.

I had hoped and expected Two Macdonnell Road to be a great place to stay, but it has met and is beating those expectations. From the incredibly friendly staff who accommodated me prior to my arrival (by being available to coordinate important mail I was waiting for), to their helpfulness in giving me advice on where I can acquire a suitable SIM card (the simple things make such a big difference), to their great food options and excellent rooms and for creating an overall incredibly welcoming, wholesome, fun and encouraging atmosphere, this is exactly where you would want to arrive and then stay when on holiday. For over two decades I’ve always travelled using Airbnb, but decided to break that cycle and try a hotel, Two Macdonnell Road makes me wish I had done that sooner if this is the type of place and quality of service that can be expected. There’s very few times as an international traveller you can go somewhere and the hosts/ staff instantly make you feel like you belong and are welcome. Joanne and Team, you are fantastic, thank you for what you are doing!

Two McDonnell Road is fantastic hotel, in Central area but very quiet. It is next to a beautiful park which is also a bio-zoo with free entrance. It is close to the Peak tram stations and has a great view over the city skylines. The restaurant on site was very good and staff were attentive to every details. The concierge was really helpful and went out of the way to help with everything. A great place to stay in Hong Kong

很少写点评, 但是这个酒店真的值得推荐, 楼下走路2分钟有个超市, 什么都有. 酒店服务态度超级好, 外卖前台都会送上楼, 送的我们都不好意思, 折腾服务人员. 以前常住皇家太平洋，疫情之后，皇家太平洋的霉味特别大，可能是疫情期间靠海边没开空调的原因，屋里配了空气净化器，基本没用。 而后我媳妇儿做功课选的这个酒店，现在每次来香港都住这，下载个Uber出门叫车，去哪都方便。酒店可以做饭超市买点东西煮个粉面什么的超级简单. 强烈推荐.

The service was fantastic and hotel staff were extremely helpful, for example, they used their own Panda food delivery to order food when we didn’t know how to use delivery services. Concierge staff went out of their way to help. This hotel is located in Central and in a very interesting and nice neighbourhood. It is next door to a bio zoo which is free to visit. It is close to everything, such as the Peak tram ride and the star ferry terminal. A large super market is just around the corner.
